Important: Exams Must Be Proctored

When a candiate is seeking a certification from the Global Foodservice Institute (GFI) or the International Food Service Executives Association (IFSEA). 

In order to take the test a proctor MUST be present to supervise the testing in accordance with the rules of the organizations. 

As a proctor, you will be required to be present for their exam between one (1) and three (3) hours, depending on the test. As the proctor, your job is to ensure that the candidate is in fact the candidate taking the exam with no help from others and there are no study materials available to the candidate including Siri and Google.
